Bullock’s Lungwort Tea

Ingredients:

Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Nettle, Orange Peel, Yarrow

How to Use:

Steep 1 tea bag in 12–16 oz of hot water for up to 4 hours or overnight covered. Strain and enjoy hot or cold twice daily. Sweeten with raw honey if desired.

**Stay hydrated with fruit and water this tea can be drying to the mouth and nose due to its astringency. Do not be alarmed by extraction of mucus from the nose and throat this indicates the tea is working**
